Here is a basic procedure that will work for the majority of treadmills out in the market:
If the walking belt has shifted to the left, first remove the key
and UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. Using the allen wrench,
turn the left rear roller adjustment bolt clockwise, and the right
bolt counterclockwise, 1/4 of a turn each. Be careful not to overtighten
the walking belt. Plug in the power cord, insert the key
and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking
belt is centred.

Hi, I don't know which particular model treadmill you have but most all
treadmills use the same type of belt tension and tracking, which is an
allen screw adjustment on the rear tension bar. One on either side.
Treadmills normally come with an allen wrench, and could be attached on
the treadmill somewhere, if not
then use one of your own the proper size. Make the adjustment with the
unit running at its slowest speed. Clockwise tightens the tension and
will draw the belt. Good Luck, this should Fixya!
