Check the fans for dust and dirt if duirty clean them. If you do not see any that are dirty then it means Fan is defective if it stops running while set is trying to come on.

Look at the Large Lamp fan and if it is not rotating it is bad and needs to be replaced. If is ok then check the other two smaller fans. You do have a bad fan.
