How do I fix unfortunately YouTube has stopped?
1. Force stop YouTube

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Apps & notifications.
3. Open All apps.
4. Navigate to YouTube and open it from the list of available apps.
5. Tap Force Stop.
6. Open YouTube again.

I would try clearing the data and cache on Google Play services
and on Google Play Store first as it's the usual culprit. Keep in mind that after a reboot, Google Play Services will have to rebuild the data and cache and it will need a WiFi connection to do it. Launch the Play Store to get the ball rolling. If it seems balky for a minute or two don't stress as it's just rebuilding the cache. If it asks you to log in again with your Google account don't be concerned as that is part of the rebuild.

That's google's server's issue, it happens every now and then. Just wait for a couple of days and it should be fixed.

They update a lot of stuff constantly, small errors like this isn't anything uncommon.

Try going to your Apps settings and uninstall Google's updates. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling Google completely and then reinstalling.
