hi Vic, there a little black board under the tiller part , it got a ribbon cable to it so take care if looking at it , there's a fault with the circult..
The throttle set screw may have slipped a bit causing it to be a little bit on so when you turn the key on it moves forwards or backwards loosen and reset throttle bar and it should stop doing this.hope this helps Richard
