Hello,
Could you clarify what is the sleep button?:
- The home button on the front
- The power button on the top
- or the vibration disble button on the left

Probably the flex cable that connects the button to the motherboard is not working. These parts are cheap and easy to install. You can find the replacement connectors for all these buttons here:

My iphone is disabled what can I do?

This can be fix by restoring your iphone using itunes software.

To make this possible, follow this method

Download itunes : CLICK ME
Download Firmware : CLICK ME TOO (if you are familiar with the firmware version, just download the same file.

Procedure :

On your iphone, it must be in "recovery mode" so itunes recognize your iphone (now plug your iphone to the computer using usb cable), this is possible by follow this steps.

Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.

As soon as the screen goes black release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.

My iphone says "iphone is

Too many wrong tries of entering the wrong passcode can lead to a disabled iPhone. You have to restore the phone in iTunes to be able to use it again. To be able for iTunes to detect your iPhone in recovery mode and enable you to restore, you have to enter dfu mode. Just press the home button and sleep button simultaneously for 10 seconds then release the sleep button but still hold the home button until iTunes can detect the phone. Then press restore and let it do the rest of the process.

IPAD is disabled

you need to DFU restore your iPhone. Hope you got a backup, because you're losing the stuff on it. with iPad plugged in, hold down the sleep wake switch, and the home button for about 10 seconds, until the iPad turns off. Once the screen goes black, continue holding, count to 8. Release sleep wake switch, continue depressing home button. Wait for iTunes to recognize, and you'll be prompted to restore.

you will have to follow the steps below, and place the phone in DFU and restore your phone

To put the iPhone into DFU mode so you can do an iTunes firmware restore follow these steps:

Step One
Open iTunes and connect the iPhone to your Mac.

Step Two
Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.

Step Three
After exactly 10 seconds release the Sleep/Wake button. Continue holding the home button until you iTunes pops up a message telling you that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.

The iPhone screen will remain black like this:

NOTE***: It may take a few attempts to get your iPhone into DFU mode. Generally, I hold down both buttons then release the Home button just before I think the Apple logo would appear. If you are still holding both buttons down and you see the Apple logo you are holding them down for too long!

My iphone wont turn on , what will i do

put it in recovery mode
then restore it
here's how to be in recover mode:
Disconnect your iPhone and turn it off by holding the "Sleep/Wake" button for about five seconds and then sliding the red slider. If your iPhone is already off, there's no need to turn it on and then off again. Once it's off, press and hold the "Home" button and plug your iPhone into a Mac or PC with iTunes installed. Keep holding the "Home" button until you see a dock cable pointing to the iTunes icon. iPhones running older software will display a yellow triangle and text which says "Please Connect to iTunes". Once you see this image, you can release the Home button.
iphone_recovery_mode.jpg iPhone in Recovery Mode
Open iTunes (if it's not already open) and you will be told that "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode." Click "OK" and you will be taken to the iPhone pane. Click "Restore" and you're done, it's that easy! Depending on the extent of your iPhone's ills, it may take some time to do a full restore. Once you're done, you should again have a perfectly working iPhone.
If this doesn't solve your problem, you may need to restore using DFU (Direct Firmware Upgrade) mode. To enter this mode, plug in your iPhone and turn it off. Hold down the "Home" and "Sleep/Wake" buttons for about twelve seconds. You'll briefly see the silver Apple logo and then your phone will appear to turn back off. Release the "Sleep/Wake" button but continue to hold the "Home" button until you see a message in iTunes stating that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. Choose "Restore" and you should be fixed right up!
If this doesn't fix your problem, your iPhone may require a visit to the Genius Bar. You can find a local Apple Store and schedule an appointment at apple.com/retail.
