I have a Samsung Plasma TV Model# SPN4235, 2 months ago a black vertical line appeared (no video info) at about the centre of the screen. Replaced the Logic board and the G Buffer borard that corresponds to that particular area of the Panel and the line is still there. Any ideas what other board I need to replace?

This video covers how to fix a Panasonic 42" Plasma TV model TH-42PX600U that has vertical distorted ...
if the band is horizontal your tv has bad y-buffer board. Usually there are 2 buffer boards- top and bottom. if the problem is in the top half of the screen replace the top board, otherwise replace bottom board. but better to replace both a the same time.
if the tv has a vertical lines from top to bottom it may have bad plasma panel and can be considered as not economical to repair.
It sounds like an Intergrated Circuit (IC) has fried. Even on a good day, this is not something you can attack at home. As a tech (and as an owner of that model samsung), I'd need a map & tools to know what's going on. Your best bet in this situation is to contact Samsung and let them recommend an authorized service center in your area. Sorry I can't be of more help, but this is a rather serious problem.
