Well first f all, as it is my norm, I like to probe for more information on the problem before I help out in giving out the solution. But in this case, I will just be lenient and provide a recommendation, probably a solution to your problem.
If you are using a Microsoft Operating System, then go and download MSDart (Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Tool set). Burn the ISO to the CD and boot your laptop to the CD. Make sure you have to configure your laptop to boot from CD in the BIOS set up.
afterwards, wait for the CD to load and then look for PASSOWRD LOCKSmith in the CD's menu after it loads. This will give you an option to provide a new password to the Users available. I hope this helps

yes click on start go to control panel then open device manager then look down find your blue tooth right click and update driver

Have you never create password before?

Maybe virus invade your computer, you can bypass windows password with a tool called Windows Password Reset .

As an easy method to reset Windows password , there are only four steps as follow:
Step1: Download Windows Password Reset and install it.
Step2: Burn the ISO image file onto a USB flash drive.
Step3: Boot up your PC by the bootable burned USB in minutes.
Step4: Remove the forgot Windows password on the operation interface and logon PC without password.
