OUCH! You have the red ring of death! Did you by chance have xbox on it's side for a long period of time instead of flat? If so, that's why. They say there made to do this, just like the old ps2's, It a load of ****. The laser lens circuit will need to be replaced. If you didn't have it on it's side, then you have a bad graphics chip, or cold solder joints, or the motherboard is shot.
Step 1: Turn on the console, and check the light on your power supply

Step 3: If the power supply light is red, is orange when the console is powered on, or is not lit, try these solutions

Solution 1: Unplug your console, plug it into a different outlet in a different room, and then turn it on

This will help determine whether the problem is with your power supply, your power outlet, or your console.
Solution 2: Request a replacement power supply
