You can put it in airplane mode, and out of it again. That should solve it, but it will come back when you restart the device. Some people experience it due to the NFC function being on. Try turning that off as well. Hope this helped

Even though Android is based on Java, you cannot just pop in a .jar file and play it. It needs to be in apk format, short for android package(i presume). You need to first transfer the file to your sd card and use a file manager to find it. then click + install. I suggest ASTRO (file manager)
