Anyway, you should try holding first the WASH TEMP DOWN button then the POWER button until there's a beep. If it doesn't work, use WASH TEMP UP instead.
Make sure the Restart feature is turned on and the Recycle feature is turned off if all else fails. During the diagnostic mode use the WATER LEVEL DOWN button to turn RESTART on by pressing the said button until the LOW WATER LEVEL LED turns on. Use the WATER LEVEL UP button to turn RECYCLE off. The MEDIUM WATER LEVEL LED off indicates RECYCLE OFF. To set these modes in EEPROM the Advance button must be held while selecting Restart or Recycle. Power off the machine thereafter to complete the reset.
Fisher and Paykel, EcoSmart with lid lock. After initial fill, all wash lights go out, advances to rinse, then beeps continuously. Have to shut machine off and start over. Continues to wash, but leaks out of top panel under lid. Machine is level. Any Suggestions?
Hi just read your posting. Can you advance the machine to a spin cycle?Or are all the controls frozen?Try advancing the machine to a spin cycle and push start then reply back and let me know what the machine does.Looking forward to your reply.Sounds like a lid switch fault.
I would have thought it was the board too! does it beep when it stops? if it does then it should be putting up a fault code.top row of lights..CHeck that you have both the hot & cold hoses connected & turned on at the taps.even if you are not useing hot water to wash with, turn them both on anyway. Some machines require this regardless of wether you are useing hot.The reason for this is F&P have built into their machines to give a little squirt of hot water to maintain a certain level of cold wash.Make sure also that hot hose is going to hot valve & cold to cold.
Either Replace it or try accessing the advanced menu and select option 3
To Access the advanced menu make sure your ps3 is on standby..then hold th power button soo that it turns on and then off again..now press and hold again until you hear 3 beeps (excluding the beep when you turn it on again) it should sound like this beep..............beep beep..
then plug your controller into a usb slot and select option 3
Fisher & Paykel GW608U Top loader washing mashine. On power up it will pass the self test, but then it goes to error (single beep every second and lights: green 3rd, 4th green and 7th orange from left are on). Could you advise on the problem please or supply error message codes table. Greatly appreciate your help and looking forward hearing from you
Is it filling so it is flooding your floor? Could be that too many suds are in the pressure switch tube ( are you using "he" soap? ) or the pressure switch is not registering the water level. Note the lights illuminated when it beeps and call F/P.
