Simply changing countries wont change a thing.
You may not be able to access some India based websites in America, but in the country of origin you will be using that countries ISP, and all Websites available in that country will be accessible to you. Don't forget to change your country code though, that helps identify your laptop or desktops country of origin, though even that usually wont limit access in any way.

In the lower portion of the furnace you'll see where the blower housing is hung in the center of the furnace. There are two bolts you'll need to remove to pull out the whole housing. Depending on the size furnace you have you may have to unmount the control board and set it aside. Don't worry there is no need to remove the wires from the board. Once you have the housing out set it on its side (motor side down) and you'll see a shaft where the blower wheel mounts onto the motor shaft. There should be a bolt you can tighten. first loosen the bolt and put the housing right side up. after that center the wheel on the shaft so that neither of the sides of the wheel are rubbing on the housing once you find that spot where the wheel spins without rubbing tighten that bolt on the shaft and reinstall. should the problem persist you may need to replace the blower housing and/or wheel. I doubt the motor will have to be changed.

That is a dual overhead cam engine. On the oil pump housing there is an arrow cast into the housing. Line the arrow on the crank pulley up with the arrow on the oil pump housing, that will set your crankshaft in time. Next you'll need to set your camshafts. This is the procedure for doing that......the exhaust cam gear (nearest the firewall) has markings on it that say "2.4L" on one side and "up^" on the other side. On the left side of the gear is a notch on the tooth. This notch MUST be set at 3:30 and the intake cam at EXACTLY 9:00. Once you've installed the timing belt and you rotate the tensioner to "tighten", the offsetting of the exhaust cam will match up with the intake cam. And presto!!! your timing is now set. Make sure you turn the crank sprocket TWO complete revolutions and verify your timing marks.
