Hopefully you will find the charger near the machine ? ( a plug with a lead ) simply plug it into an electric outlet ( plug hole ) and connect it to the blower ( you will see a hole in the blower the same shape as the end of the lead on the charger) if the charger has lights on it ( usually red and green ) you will see the red light come on,leave it charging until the green light comes on. or charge it over night...hope this helps

Why does the "shear pin" on the wheel axle keep shearing off?

Its suppost to do this to keep from damageing the transmission and gear reduction case on the unit
You must be hitting things while snowblowing that go beyond limit of the brakeing point of the pin .
Chunks of ice will case problems with smalled low powered mechines bigger ones to but it jambs them but the parts are bigger so the pins can be stronger .
Keep the same pins that are ment for mechine and use it carefully

Snowblower c950 52361 throttle will not change out of idle

Sounds like snow blower has been sitting since last season. Remove carburetor shield and move throttle linkage at top of carburetor. They some times seize or tighten up from sitting.Spray with WD-40 or something to lubricate.

C950-52474-6 snowblower starts but don't stay ignited

Many small engine problems such as you described are fuel related. In today's world, most of our gasolines are blended with ethanol and thus gasoline shelf life has been reduced to 4-6 months. It is important that after each season's use you be certain to run the snowblower until all gasoline in the tank and carburetor have been used - effectively running the snowblower out of gas. If you did't do that last season the "old" gasoline in the carburetor has began to gum up and will not let the carburetor mix fuel and air properly. The solution will be to remove, disassemble and clean the carburetor. It is likely the gas tank will also need to be drained, removed, and cleaned. If you are unable to do this you will need to take to a qualified small engine mechanic in your area.

Lastly and, very importantly, make certain when you are ready to use your repaired snowblower that you use FRESH gasoline. And, remember the first part of this discussion at the end of the season.

The govenor on my Sears snowblower is causing the engine to serge and back off at about a one second frequency. Started with the first use this season. Is there a common cause or remedy?

The problem your having is not the govenor unless the spring is broke.you have a carb problem where the motor is starving for fuel.you need to take carb off and clean it or replace it with a new one.

Honda snowblower problem

yes you can adjust the throttle cable, did you leave gas in it over the season, if you did this is definitley the problem, dump out the gas and pour new.
