How do I make ringtones work on my phone after I download them?

You can change iPhone ringtone by following detailed steps below:

I've learned one way that I can turn any song that I have in ringtone.
You need first cut your song using the Itunes and later alter the extension of new song that you have created for the same extension permitted the itunes.
The same extension of the ringtone what you already have in your iphone.
After this is only import the song to itunes and pass to iphone in the normal process.
