The likely answer is the motor is overheating and the auto cut-off switch activates. If you wait a while it will then start up and repeat.
The answer will probably have to be a replacement motor, but a qulified engineer may find he can clean up the motor contacts and get it running - but that may cost same or more than a new motor!

suggestions mite be fan bearings dried up causing your problem.
try first spray a little wd40 around shafts , if it works ok
get some graphite grease and re-lube bearings
stalled for long periods motor wingdings heat up and get damaging
so may be fan want,s replacing, good luck.

Bosch advantixx 8 try start new cycle and it just keeps beeping. there is no child lock key or error message. just when press start keeps beeping as if door might be open but it is not. any ideas

On this model the child lock can only be activated/deactivated by pressing the "Finished In" button for min 5 secs

How do I detach my Bosch drier from yhe stacking kit as I need to replace the drier

most model have some bolts or screws to keep dryer safe on top of washer
just remove bolts and screws and pull back the dryer

check door/lid closed switch wires.

Bosch avantixx front loader leaking underneath machine? machine only 2 years old

You will find a small door on the front bottom of the washing machine.
Open it.
Unscrew the filter and rinse it with running water.
Put it back in place and repeat the above steps in reverse order.

This should solve your leakage problem.

the switch unit on these washer driers has a habit of coming unclipped from th econtrol panel..try turning off the power and pushing on the back of the switch(pushing towards the front of the machine.)if it clicks you may have just repaired the prob.just dont push the button too hard.

depends on model. most washer elements are fixed by a centre nut (10mm)which undo and then prize out the element - takes 5 mins
