Model 580.325600 On 300x 4 tire it ONLY says Maxium Load 154 LB. It say NOTHING about tire tire presure PSI
SOURCE: craftsman 3 gal ari compressor low presure
put a blower on the hose and see if air comes out
very possible there is a blockage in the hose or if you are using quick connects they may have failed
SOURCE: Gauge says tank at 120 lbs of pressure, but won't fill tires
sounds like you have a bad batch of schrader vales on your tires OR
you have a defective chuck end that is not milled properly to push the schrader valve and let the air into the tire stem
SOURCE: Low air pressure
This sounds like it is either the pump is leaking from the piston or more commonly, the rubber seal that seals the outlet tube to the cylinder head blew out like mine. Let me guess, it got a lot louder than it was originally? The seals are readily available from sears parts direct, its like 3 bucks but shipping is around $8. Hope this helped
SOURCE: I have a Sears evolv 3 gal air compressor that
The evolv air compressor was primarily designed to power a very small nailer. The pressure regulator (knob in front) should be turned clockwise till it stops to attain full pressure. At this setting it should air your tire. If not you may have a defective regulator. There is a trick to get full pressure from your tank. Notice the small pressure safety valve on the side of the unit. You could remove this valve and install a fitting giving you two ports. One for the safety and other for a quick disconnect. This second port will give you access to tank pressure without going thru the pressure regulator. This mod is safe because you still have access to regulated pressure when you need it. Good luck
SOURCE: My 1 hp. 12 gal. air compressor is not building
It could be that the input air filter is badly clogged. I might more likely be that the Non-return valve on the air tank input is not sealing properly and not allowing the tank to build up pressure. This valve is at the end of the main pipe runs between the compressor and tank. It could also mean (less likely) that the poppet valves inside the compressor cylinder head are not sealing properly. Other faults could be worn rings on the compressor pistons or a bad seal between the compressor cylinder head and block. To check the Non return valve allow compressor to build up some pressure and then loosen union nut on Non return valve. There should be some air released at first but should stop if valve is ok. If leaking remove valve and check for dirt and clean. If valve still leaks replacement is the only fix.
