I love my headset, however, lately i noticed it was connecting to my phone and Mac a little slower than before. Now, it charges, but no connection is made-no sound to indicate it is powered ON-and no blue light -nothing. Is anyone familiar with this, or is it broken?
Could be the battery has a weak charge! Try running the battery completely flat, recharge fully, then run completely flat, and repeat this cycle about 3 times......This will give the rechargeable battery a revitalised full charge! This is a good procedure for any rechargeable battery as part charging and charging when not completely flat does take its toll on a battery.
at this point i can't get it to start-so i can't run it flat-am i understanding you? I'm charging now-its been about 5 days since i noticed the problem and have not used them
also-the instructions say to charge it before every use-this is interesting-
It's ok to charge before every use but every so often depending on usage you should fully drain and charge the battery! Now you need to do a reset! Plug in charger and press phone button and volume+ Together.
