You may have clogged pump to the drawer. open drawer, lay on your back under the dish drawer, removed the black cover (3 screws) remove 2 screws to the pump and allow the water to drain out into a bucket or bowl. make sure the pump can turn easy. Reassemble and test unit again. If fails, replace pump.

You don't need any driver software, if your pc has windows xp sp2 or later and Windows Media Player 11.
If you have problem with your device follow this steps:
1. Connect the player to the computer.
2. From the computer, select start - Control Panel - Performance and Maintenance - System. "System Properties" is displayed.
3. Select Hardware tab, and open Device manager.
4. Open Universal Serial Bus controllers, and select USB Mass Storage Device or WALKMAN NWZ-XXXXX.
5. Select Action - Update Driver ... from the menu bar. "Welcome to the Hardware Update Wizard" is displayed.
6. A dialog on Windows Update connection will be displayed. Select No, not this time., followed by Next.
7. Select Install from a list or specific location [Advanced], followed by Next for the hardware install method.
8. Select Don't search. I will choose the driver to install., followed by Next for the search and install option.
9. Check Show compatible hardware, and then select MTP Device* in the model list, followed by Next. The device driver is installed.
10. "Completing the Hardware Update Wizard" message is displayed, and confirm "MTP Device" message. Click Finish.

Good morning, afternoon, evening or night; whatever time you are viewing this. I have the cause to your problem, but you won't like the outcome of it. In order to make music transactions from your PC to your Sony Walkman NW-E507, "SonicStage" software must be installed on your computer. Unfortunately, this software is not supported by any Macintosh OSs. You have a Macbook air computer, which means it won't work properly on your computer. The software is only supported by Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 & 2005, Windows XP Media Center Edition, Windows XP Professional, Windows Millennium Edition and Windows 98 Second Edition. It doesn't even support Windows Vista or Windows 7. The only solution to give you here is to either find another MP3 player that supports Mac OSs or get a another laptop that supports those Windows OSs listed above. I'm so sorry for my incovienient solution, but it had to be brought to attention so you will know. i have the same problem here and i can find nothing on it and so far sony support is not helping good luck

this is little tricky...Try to make folders in walkman like this "My Music"- "Music" -" Audio" and put different audio files in this folder and on the walkman and try to play and look which file it took to play and that would be your default music folder and copy all the music file to it...
