I can't print invoices. I know the printer and Quickbooks communicate as I can print checks and purchase orders. I can also print from other programs. But not Quickbooks Intuit Product Invoices.
I have determined that Quickbooks is attempting to print a blank page - which my printer is instructed to ignore. If I save the invoice as a PDF, it is blank. But if i EMAIL it, it works fine and everything is there. I hope this helps.
My printer is an HP Officejet 6500 Wireless with all current drivers installed. I'm running Windows XP, Service Pack 3.
Go 'Lists' and then open 'Templates', double click on the product invoice and make sure the invoice is 'Active'.
Qbooks saves printer settings for each feature, regardless of which is set as 'default' in Windows...be sure you have the correct printer selected.
If the above are set correctly, go to HP's website and download the latest driver for your printer.
