the tests are easy, ask.
my guess is the weak side is bad, the load side is ok.
you can turn the volume down on the load side using volumn control
if yes that side is ok, fix weak side.
ask how, but make sure the wiring in all 4 corners are not damage
and at both ends of harness.

Make sure the audio level on the left and right channels are balanced. Check the menu for audio levels to adjust and make sure they are not maladjusted. If all levels are adjusted properly then the volume control or volume control circuity may be at fault.
hello - i have been running a PMP3000 for about a year now. i run it a few different ways depending on the venue, but if you're playing mostly small to medium sized rooms i would suggest you set the switch upper left to run main L and main R - then just plug the A & B speaker outs to your speakers. Then turn up the MAIN1 volume to 0 and each of the channels you are using to 0 (i mean the fader slides, all to the middle of the little box that's about 2/3rds of the way up). then with the power on turn up the gain (top knob) on each channel until they are the volume you want them. then during your gig you can make minor adjustments using the faders by sliding them up and down until you get the mix you want. by running the system in stereo (main L & R) you can take advantage of the 'stereo effects' knob over the eq and also PAN channels left and right for a little more separation (like if you have 2 guitars). i hope this helps and that it isn't confusing... i think it's a good board for the money with some decent features.
volume levels on all channels varies depending on what dsp mode you are using. to be able to determine the level you desire, just chnge the level setting of those channels. either you do it by remote control or the front panel of the amp. try setting the dsp mode on disco and you should hear higher vol levels on all channels. Do not expect as well all channels to produce same vol levels as your effects speakers may not be able handle higher power levels.
Hi Jimbob. Sounds like you have dirty/dry controls/switches. The contact lubricant dries out on them producing intermittent and scratchiness when you operate them. Clean any offending controls or signal switches with CRC2-26 by squirting(to flood then internals) each control/switch. you will have to do this from the inside of the amp. You may also have a dirty speaker protection relay, sound may return to a dead channel when you turn the vol up points to that. Good Luck. If you need more info feel free to get back to me here. Happy to talk you through more if you cant sort it out.
