I need a replacement for the remote for my TEAC Micro hi-fi MC DX220iDAB system. The remote is RC 1104 but I cant find one. Will another work instead?

Possibly. Try locating another Teac remote for another unit very similar to what you have vintage wise. Often they use identical frequencies, may not have all the same buttons, but will work.
