Stopped working. Why is the LED flashing "E"?

I may have overloaded it, is it fixable, or do I need to purchase another juicer?

I used needle nose pliers, it took a bit of patience but I got the screws out. I think I might replace them with regular screws. My juicer does not run either. Let me know if you find the problem with yours.

Hi I was just using my Kenwood vita pro active JE810 juicer and putting through a small apple and it stopped working. I have changed the 13a fuse but it has made no difference. Any suggestions?

Hi,
It is easier to solve the problem than it sounds. The solution is underneath of the machine located reset button called 'power overload'. Press it and here we have Vita working again. Have a nice glass of juice!

The motor stopped while juicing hard veggies and doesn't work any more even after the engine cooled down. again. How to fix it?

There may be an overload switch somewhere on the unit, it will just be a small button projecting from the underside most probably or in a small hole. If there is, just depress it. If the unit actually burned out yu would have seen smoke and smelled it.

Hello! the top of of one of the arms has broken off about 2 inches at the top... is it fixable?

You can purchase new latch arms from Omega. Kinda tricky removing and installing them, but
it can be done. Have Omega walk you through it.

The juicer overheated and stopped working

The motor sounds like it overloaded, I doubt it has a thermal cutout fitted (in which case you could leave it off for a while and see if it works) I doubt it has this feature and if it is the motor then the unit should be replaced.

AND GIVE GOOD ADVICE. I HAVE AN ACME SINCE
1990 AND RUNS LIKE THE DAY I GOT IT. TAKE A
LOOK AT THE LEXEN GP62. THE HUROM SLOW
JUICER IS GREAT, BUT BIG BUCKS.

You have one or two choices. You have every right to return to product to the store you purchase it within 30 days with a receipt. Now if you feel you want to keep it try to place the gasket on right. This should stop the leaking. If you did not get a gasket, then return this product for another one. Sign, Spurs21
