Only way to get a Walmart item number is through Walmart, so contact Walmart. We at Fixya are users like you and don't have any more way to access Walmart's inventory listing as should you.
refund policies for most companies and stores state quite clearly that refunds will be made on receipt and proof of purchase, if the item is faulty, if the item is not as described, if the item is not fit for the purpose or if the item was supplied with out an order
Therefore you will understand that "don't want" it it doesn't fit any of the criteria for a return
you can try for a refund from Walmart ( only if you purchase the item on line from Walmart ) but don't get upset if they refuse you
Walmart does not issue refunds for prepaid phone cards and does not sell post paid cards seperate from phones. If you shipped it back see if you can obtain a tracking number. If you dont have one and sent the item without making a copy of the reciept then im afraid your out of luck. What was on the 10 pages? If you printed 10 photographs at maximum quality then you may very well be out of ink. If not, then I suggest either going back to walmart or contact lexmark directly.
