In order to answer your question, I went to "e-bay" and looked up instrument clusters for your vehicle.
As I suspected, the bulbs are "peanut" bulbs, and they press into a small plastic socket, that twists off and back on the rear of the instrument cluster panel.
I don't think you will be able to change that bulb without removing the whole instrument panel cluster from the dash.
I might be wrong.
Look up under the dashboard and see if the back of the cluster is easy for you to see and get your hand up to.
If so, good.

Bulb is probably blown. Most gage clusters can be removed easily so you can replace bulbs. If you find the bulb is missing then someone took it out to avoid getting the engine problem fixed,

When i turn on the head light it doest light up
Check and confirm, that headlight bulbs are glowing.If the bulb itself is faulty, it will not light.If bulb checked out, ok, then other possibility can be headlight fuse in the engine compartment fuse box.There are two 15a fuses located in the fuse holder assembly on the driverside engine compartment.Check both this fuses.Also check the relays in the fuse compartment.-------- If any of the fuse or relay is blown, replace that and see.But if all fuses and relay checked ok, then its quite possible that problem is with head light switch itself.Its getting short.------------

Headlight
Not sure if you have a wiring problem or the bulb has blown but I am assuming that it is the bulb.
Look at the back of the light inside the engine bay, there should be a large rubber seal with wires running into it, pull the rubber off the back of the light and remove the multi plug from the rear of the globe.
There should be a spring type clip holding the bulb in, press the clip in and to the side to release the pressure off the bulb and remove the bulb.
Check the bulb to see if it has blown
Replace in the reverse order.

Headlights and door locks not working
Fuse is probably blown out. Replace fuses for respective functions. Find the fuse box: might be in engine near battery or below steering wheel. open top and check for blown fuses. Try replacing if blown fuses are found. If all fuses are OK then it is very unlikely that all the bulbs are blown.

once you have removed the cluster, instrument panel on the back there might be a cover remove it carefully you can usually tell which bulb is blown cause it will be black in color pull it out carefully and replace you might check all the bulbs while you are there
