Do the following:
Unplug the unit.
Ask to somebody to plug back the power cord, turn unit on immediately and at the same time keep pressing repeatedly the eject button on the DVD player.
You may need to repeat procedure a couple of times.
If that does not work, the built in DVD unit must be taken apart to fix the problem.

There should be a small hole you can push a small paper clip or anything else small in, small round hole, will eject the tray.

THERE IS NO SMALL HOLE IN THE UNIT TO INSERT A PAPER CLIP
