Bosch Dishwasher model #SHU3002UC-06 continues to run on any cycle, does not stop at the timer shut off spot

Turning timer by hand gives sounds normal for cycle. Does not shut power off for dry cycle. Power to motor is constant. pulled cover off, had to turn metal tabs at timer to get metal panel off, timer appears to be glued to door back . Can't get at timer to check contacts. Stumped

Exactly, machine did start properly after being off for a while. Found I could access the pan from the front bottom with a hose. Sucked dry and all set. Thank you. Joe

SOURCE: Bosch dishwasher is stuck on drain cycle

cause is water in the bottom tray which operates an anti-flood switch and all machine will do is drain.
disconnect from mains
remove bottom panel and mop out water and it will work. if fault re-occurs, then you have a leak which you will have to identify

SOURCE: Bosch SHX33A runs continuously. Never finishes cycle.

I have a guide here to walk you through the process of clearing the drain system. You most likely have a clog somewhere and the dishwasher can't proceed because it would cause it to flood.

Bosch SHU3032UC/U12 is not draining during the washing cycle.

For Bosch Dishwasher Ascenta models, open the door to reset it. Hold the Start-Reset button for about 5 seconds or until the Active indicator turns off. Shut the door of the dishwasher to allow it to thoroughly drain before turning it off.
This should reset the cycle drain.

Bosch dishwasher runs continuously

I would call Bosch with you.re model and serial number, they have had a recall on your model for the control board and that sounds like it may be your problem, if it is under recall Bosch will send someone out at no charge to install a new board (800) 856-9226

S5N27B keeps stopping mid cycle

If the cycle doesn't complete, check these:---
Water-heating cycle Many dishwashers heat the wash and/or rinse water to a higher temperature, as the cycle calls for it. In these cycles, the dishwasher pauses after it has filled with water, waiting for the water to reach the pre-set temperature. What happens next, depends, as follows: On some units, the pause is timed and the unit continues after the allotted time. On others, the cycle can't continue until the water reaches the higher temperature. If you have this type of dishwasher and the water isn't being heated (say, because of a problem with the heating element or thermostat), after the unit stops at the heating cycle, it never continues. When you repair the heating-system problem, the "cycle problem" is fixed too. Timer Timers don't often fail. But if every other part of the dishwasher seems to be working properly and the timer knob seems to be stuck in one place--doing one function continuously--the timer may be at fault. Dishwasher timers can't be repaired. If yours is defective, replace it.
This will help. Thanks please keep updated.please do rate the solution positively .thank you for using fixya

Bosch dishwasher timer freezing

There is a recall on the control board of many of these models, butyour problem is likely not related. It sounds like a plugged drain system or a possible bad drain pump. That's why you are hearing the pump running constantly. I have written a guide to help. It is here. Thanks!

Running time of dishwasher

he cycles times are too long If your dishwasher's cycle times are too long, check these:

Water pre-heating
Cycle not completing
Water pre-heating Your dishwasher may pre-heat the water. If so, and if the water entering the dishwasher is cool, the heater may take up to half an hour to heat the water.

To avoid the wait, increase the incoming water temperature before turning on the dishwasher. Do that by running the kitchen sink faucet until the water runs hot. Or increase the temperature of the hot water to the entire house at the hot water heater.

Warning! To lessen the risk of scalding, don't set the hot water heater temperature higher than 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cycle not completing See "The cycle doesn't complete" section.

Bosch shu5315 06

it sounds as though the circulating pump may not be operating. if so fault is often due to the pump capacitor being faulty and this is a cheap part.
