Have you tried the alternative LeapFrog Connect Installer from the link below, although I suspect it could be a classic Windows 7 Driver problem.

Perhaps you try to find out in the shop you bought this?
Would not be wise to give any code here, because it is not sure a parent or a child is asking this.

SOURCE: I have a leap Pad ULTRA iT WAS A HAND ME DOWN. But the parent code was all ready set to access the Wi-Fi and the person (my sister) cant remember what it was how do I reset it??

Just ask the person who did setup the code. You could try a reset to factory settings, but then all data, (Apps, notes settings just everything) will be wiped. You have to setup the tablet from scratch.
