Fixya.com Answerer, Brett Duxbury, may be correct in that the missing parts may have been shipped in a 2nd box.
If you purchased the swing new, there is probably information with the assembly instructions regarding missing parts and contacting the company which manufactured or distributed the swing. Check for such information.
If you cannot find it or if the swing was purchased second-hand, contact the business from which you purchased the swing or the individual seller and ask for the missing parts or arrange to return the partial swing kit for a full refund. Ask to have your return shipping cost reimbursed, too.
Apparently Outsunny is a trademark of a company headquartered in China:
Ningbo MH Import & Export Co. , Ltd.
Ningbo, Zheijiang Province, China
I see that Outsunny patio and garden furniture is sold by a number of different businesses in several different countries.
Without knowing the country where you reside and the business or seller you purchased the swing, I cannot direct you to a viable source for the missing parts.
WOA...compressed propane is not something to mess around with..I would go back to the Home Depot and talk to the store manager,,(take your receipt and all other paper work for proof), ask him who to see about your issue.. tell him you are afraid to use your NEW grill.(Start at the top!).. you spent good $$$$ and you deserve an answer..or a new grill..
If you purchased the grill from a brick and mortar store. Return to the store with your Proof of Purchase and they may supply the grates to you, from another un-assembled grill. Also, most Owner's/Assembly Manuals have a number to call if you're missing parts.
Apparently, you're not the only customer who purchase this Hybrid Grill, got home, only to discover the Owner's / Assembly Manual was missing. On the Sam's Club website they list a number 888-837-1380 to call if you have any questions, parts missing, etc. I could not find any on-line manuals for this imported grill. Sadly, you may have to wait until later this week, to assemble the grill. Or go back to Sam's Club and ask them to copy a manual from the display model grill.
You're missing the hose/regulator assembly. You can purchase one at any home center or hardware store that sells gas grills and accessories. It runs about $30,00. Take you old one with you for comparison purposes.
