I have Adobe Reader 7 on my present computer and an old cd with a much earlier Adobe Reader on it. When I try to read the CD on my computer I get this message:"The ordinal 318 could not be located in the dynamic link library AGM.dll"
How can I fix this CD so it can be read on my computer?
Might be ur cd is scratched so it cannot read the files from cd i mean that some sectors on cd is been damaged so it cannot read put a disk cleaner on the cd and clean the cd it might work if it did not i order to recover the information i can suggest u with the software called bad copy ull get the trial version of it here http://www.jufsoft.com/badcopy/?rid=BadCopy&vid=3.75&bid=0608 download it and recover the whole disk into ur computer the files present in the disk will get transferred on ur computer and the the files in bad sectors also will be read and transferred if both of this did not work put that cd in some other computer i reads copy those cd files to some other empty disk and run it on ur computer this solution is when it runs on other computer if it runs in other computer then there is a problem with ur cdrom if disk does not run in other computer it is the problem of disk and u can solve it by the above mentioned software
