Question about Nokia N-Gage Console

My n-gage phone cant turn on...its stuck on a nokia logo....and then it blank...i already try the three button but it still cant....any one can help me plz?.....

Try reformatting it. Use "*#7370#".

Here are a couple of codes to soft/hard reset/format a Nokia N95 mobile device:
Soft reset code *#7370#
Hard reset code *#7780#
If the hard format code mentioned aboive does not work, try the following manual method to hard reset/format Nokia N95:
+ Turn off the mobile device.
+ Press and Hold the following three buttons: the green Call Answer button, the "*" button, and the number "3? button.
+ While holding these buttons, turn on the phone and keep holding the keys untill the mobile phone restarts and prompts you to enter details.

I use nokia 5800...my phone got locked by fsecure ....i do not remember my password...how do i unlock it...plz help its urgent
Press green + red + multimedia button and turn the phone on at the same time. Wait until the "NOKIA" logo appears. This will wipe your phone memory.
If that doesn't work try this.

Soft reset/reformat - Type *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia default lock code is 12345). Warning!Soft reset wipes the C drive/phone memory!


Hard reset - Switch the phone off. Press and hold three keys together, the green key, the * key and the number '3'. While you are holding these keys, switch the phone on. Don't release these three keys before you see the NOKIA logo.
Warning! Hard reset wipes the C (phone memory) drive.

Hii My Nokia 5130 Express Music phone doesnt start up. It shows "test mode" on plugging the charger. Even otherwise, on starting the phone the Nokia logo appears ten the screen goes white and switches...
please format your phone using first switch of your phone then press the star(*) three(3) and call button holding these button and switch on the screen displays blank white screen for sometimes and then on .

Do a hard reset but keep in mind this will restore to its factory default settings

I got an n-gage classic and when i turn it on it shows nokia logo then turns itself off how do i fix it? do i hav to flash it or something cause i really dont wanna send it to nokia
Try to connect it to a PC and then remove the infected files/the ones you dont want them to see ;)

Cant turn on
three option to press 1)press the ---OK--- button on the phone and check out.press it for continuous 30 seconds. 2)or press the button in the touch pad with a logo of ---circle and a small line coming out of that circlre cutting the circle into half----mostly its in red ,black or green colour. 3)or the thirrd option it is same as number two option but instead of looking for that button on touch pad look for that button on the top side beside the antenna. this r three options any of the 1 will work for u. thanks.

N73 hangs while starting up
The method of performing a hard-format, i.e resetting it completely to factory defaults and removing all data, is as follows:
  1. Switch off the phone.
  2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (call answer) button, * button, and '3' button
  3. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone
  4. When the message 'Formatting' appears on the screen, release all of the buttons
Note that you shouldn't switch the phone off or remove the battery when performing either of these operations, and it's advised that the handset has a reasonable amount of battery charge before performing a format/reset.

How do you "reprogram" the Ngage?
hi out there i have problem on my n-gage qd... the device was not enter to his program!!!only white screen and nokia logo!!

Hi,

If you have any files that are important to you, make backups.

1. Make sure you phone is fully charged.

2. Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card (if possible).

3. Switch-off your phone.

4. Press and hold these three keys together

-Green dial key,
-Star key (*)
-Three key (3)
then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6600 phone.

DO NOT let go the three keys until you see the “formatting” screen displayed

5. After a few minutes, the format will be complete. Your 6600 will now be at its original factory settings.
