The PC has many parts, some just think of it as a black box.
That's ok, Computers are just toys now, appliances.,
when bad we chuck them or fix them.
most folks don't actually want to fix them or learn, they take it to a PC repair shop, just like when the car dies.
The are 100s of thousands for shop world wide, (avoid geekxxxx)
The most folks its just:
It has screen and a browser,
I'm told most folks live in the browser. (a place you can't go now)
IE11 or Firefox, Chrome or EDGE OR Opera.
when the PC tells you the files are bad, and it sure did tell truth.
one of 2 things (common and lots more)
can be bad.
THE PC is infected. (a virus or other horrible infections)
OR
the PC has a Bad Hard drive, that whirling thing inside that holds ,well, everything in the form of FILES.
so the PC needs service, I'm sure that is obvious. no?
if only infected you could reload the OS, but I'm not going to tell you how.
you can google it all day.
or ask real DELL, FIXYa sure is Not DELL,
DELL.com is. ok?
Spindle usually refers to the spinning axis of the carbon disks or the platters. The disks are likely not spinning and a drive replacement is required.
Did you checkup your PC health Online or just installed PC checkup utilities newly downloaded? If yes and that was the beginning of such errors you maybe infected by viruses or Malwares. Uninstall newly installed programs and run Anti-malware or antivirus.
Normally error codes are manufacturer specific...and about the only references you will find to them is from software designed by third party venders and may or may not be supportive of your hardware. In most cases as with yours the data represents what tests were being done and that there was an error during that test but not what the actuall error was.
for instance: CD523-7W..... the CD523-7 means that it was a funnel seek test on a CD/rom drive....the w is what/where the error was and is software specific...meaning that the "W" code is determined by the software that performed the test and may not actually be the specific error for your hardware....
CD523-9W. refers to a random seek error
RW529-1W. refers to an ATAPI rewritable drive
All in all the code that you have supplied refers to a failed head allignment (funnel test) and a failed read and write test(seek) on an ATAPI drive. simply said that if the heads are out of allignment then the optics certainly can't read or write correctly either.
Now understand that a true test cannot be made while windows is running and so the tests should have been performed in a DOS environment...also there must be a readable CD inserted....so may not be accurate at all.
If you were using PC-doctor in DOS mode then holding down the space bar may give up a tad bit more information.
Hope that helps you!

It appears your hard disk has died and it may not be possible for you to retrieve your data.
Remove your hard drive from the laptop and insert it into an USB harddrive adapter, (they are not expensive and you can use it later as a external hard drive). Then plug it into the USB port of a working computer. The computer should/may see it as an external drive, if you are lucky you will be able to copy your data, if not, you are out of luck.
There are companies that can recover data from faulty hard drives, but it will cost you an arm and a leg for their service.
