First, try rebooting. If that doesn't fix it you may consider restoring the device to the original factory settings. A word of warning...restoring to factory settings will take the tablet back to the way it was when originally purchased. All passwords, updates, music, photos, videos, audio recordings, apps and so on added after it was purchased will be deleted. So don't do this if you are concerned about losing the aforementioned data and files. To do a factory reset go to settings and look for a restore option.    Press the Volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset.
3. Press the Power button to select.
4. Press the Volume down button repeatedly until Yes -- delete all user data is highlighted.
5. Press the Power button to select.
6. Wait as the device resets.

Authentication means the password is wrong.

I'm not certain, but I believe that is a function of the Android OS. Mine has an icon which takes a screenshot... and I often do, even when I do not want to. I found nothing about screenshot in the Acer manual, so I am not sure how you can make this a function. The manual is at:
