It is disabled says try again in 23795058 minutes

I advise you not to wait. If you have an laptop or desktop you need to download itunes. After downloading connect your device make sure its off. Once off and connected hold home and power button until itunes logo pops up. On the laptop or desktop a sign should pop up saying recover or update press recover if its says you need to update then update and wait until its finished. Then press recover and you should see the ipad change screens. After that process you should see multiple languages. Now you have reseted your ipad.( if fails try again)

My air apple ipad is disabled l have had it on iTunes logo but it stays on iTunes logo and wont go any further

You will need to reset your iPad. If you have a previous backup of your device on your computer, you can restore your iPad from that, otherwise you will need to plug the iPad into your computer and reset it.

HOW DO I FIX MY DISABLED IPAD

Usually, this is just temporary--lasting from 1 to 5 minutes--as indicated at the top of the display. However, for the owner's protection against theft, it could become permanently disabled--requiring a reset of the iPad in iTunes & account restoration from a backup.

How do I unlock a disabled ipad 2?

First try to reset the iPad, by pressing both the home button and the on / off button, till the apple logo comes on the screen. Then try again. You should have a password for you Apple account, because that will be asked. If you don't have an account name for the device not worth trying, because it will be blocked anyway.
If this does not work, why not try one in this link?

I forgot my password, and disabled my ipad mini , and need to get back into it

If you have synced your iPhone with iTunes before you forget your iPhone password, you can reset your iPhone by using iTunes without losing data. Through iTunes, you can restore your iPhone from the last backup and remove the passcode from your locked iPhone while retaining your data. If iTunes asks you to enter the passcode, try another computer. Otherwise, you have to follow the reset iPhone Passcode with Recovery Mode section below. The following steps will show you how to reset iPhone password with iTunes.
Step 1. Connect your iPhone to the computer with via a USB cable that your iPhone has trusted.
Step 2. Launch iTunes. If you've synced your iPhone with iTunes, then no "enter password" is required.
Step 3. iTunes will automatically sync your iPhone and create a backup file. If it doesn't, you should sync your iTunes and create a backup file manually by in the Summary window.
Step 4. In the Summary window, you can see the option "Restore iPhone". Click it and follow prompts to choose the latest iTunes backup to restore your iPhone.

After the restoration process is complete, your passcode will be erased and all your data will be restored from your backup. You will now be able to access your iPhone without any passcode. And you can set your new password on iPhone.

Ipad says disabled

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212

If you don't remember setting up a passcode on your ipad, maybe someone else did, and then entered the wrong passcode more than six times, resulting in a disabled ipad.
In the link above you will see instructions on how to deal with this problem, which pretty much boil down to connecting your ipad to itunes and restoring from a previous backup that you may have saved.
If you never created a backup, you can still reset and wipe your ipad from itunes, resulting in everything being erased, but at lease giving you back full use of your ipad.

Good luck!
