Apple macbook air won't turn on

Does the Apple logo or the Pinwheel show on the screen?

There is a problem with you OSX installation. Please boot from the Recovery partition (hold Cmd+R during the startup chime), and use Startup Disk to choose the correct hard drive to boot from.
You can also restore from a backup, and not lose your data here as well.

My macbook makes a weird ticking and beeping noise from the speaker

My first generation Macbook Air would do the same thing from time to time. I never was able to figure out what was causing it; however, I never seemed to have any problems other than the funky noise that it would make periodically.

You might try doing an SMC reset as described on the Apple web site to see if that mitigates the issue: (click here)

3 x beeps means there is a problem with the memory, either it needs reseating, replacing or a problem with the slots on the logic board.

My Macbook Air made "beep

The bios on the machine hardware has failed to book.
You could try plugging in machine and ensure battery is charged.
Press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds.
also the other thing is to immediately after you press the power button.
hold these 4 keys at same time continuously - cmd, alt, P, R
hopefully machine will power up and down and up again if you keep holding them.

My macbook won't turn on. Instead the screen stays black and a loud beeping noise comes one until i turn it off. What to do? I've already tried command contrl R/P and it still doesn't work.

Tones before the Happy Mac or Apple logo means that during the start up process (when Mac checks Hardware) it found something wrong. I have seen this with bad memory, and crashed Hard Drives.
Insert the original CD that come with the machine and hold down the C key and then hit the power button.
Then try to reinstall operating system.
All your data will be there. You may need to enter program serial numbers again but Music. Docs etc should still be there.
Strong believer in TimeMachine. this free software from Apple has saved my life several times.

When I turn my MacBook air on a blank White screen

Leave the Macbook air turned on until the battery goes dead. Then Connect to power and start it up. That should solve the problem. You problem was caused by not letting an update install in full.

Mac froze, will not re-boot

3 beeps means that it's not detecting the ram cards. It could be you have a bad ram card or simply need to remove and reseat them back into their slots.
