I don't know if it can be done. But when a phone (or any electronic device with a battery) not want to power up. I should always check if the battery is charged, and if the contacts from the battery and in the device are clean and shiny and not bent.
Then if possible to come close to the switch look if the switch is clean and nothing is wrong there.

Try going into the WiFi settings on your phone and removing/forgetting the network. Reboot your phone, then try to reconnect like it is a new connection. If this doens't work, your phone may have a hardware problem, or an incompatibility with your Wireless router.
