Sounds more like compressor failing to pump than board fault

is the compressor running if so it is out freoin or compressor is bad or want start may be relay compressor should start after the fan starts

it sounds as though all the refrigerant has leaked away possibly from a cracked pipe joint will need regas and new compressor.

possible bad compressor. check amp draw of compressor. tech info is usally on model # tag on amps. If amps close to recommendation you could need a start kit but more than likly a compressor .

the first thing i would try is a new compressor relay. once the new relay is installed you will either hear it start, or just a hum and a click. if it dont start then time for a compressor job

The stop leak probably stopped up your cap tube system and the filter drier.You can try by replacing the filter drier, vacuum the system to 500 microns and recharge.The automotive 134a is the same as any other 134a.

its not DIY stuff to replace compressor. here is my video how i do it. replacing little compressor. pretty similar to any residential refrigerators.

I would think that compressor would cost a lot of money.So if I were you I would buy a new refrigerator .
