By snail mail, you can go to the USPS.com website and get an estimate on delivery time, or bring whatever it is that you're mailing to the post office and ask the clierk at the counter. They will be able to give you an estimate on delivery time.
you will get the UPS/FedEx/USPS tracking number in the order update in an email. If you have ordered today then you will get an upate email from that website that your order has shipped or something. and it will have the shipping method and tracking number.

you can ask the seller if they have a tracking number for the item you bought...i see in the auction it was suppose to be sent usps priority mail..if they did it through paypal the tracking number will be displayed in your my ebay page in item bought/won...if its not there, they didnt ship it through paypal but went to the post office the mail it
check your won items page..if the tracking number isnt there...email the seller and ask for a tracking number...usps priority mail only takes 2-3 days to arrive
