Son, I'm afraid your only option is to ask your parent to uninstall it. I'm sure as a parental control app witigo is password protected and only the person who installed and configured it is allowed to uninstall it or change the configuration.
If you're a really sneaky kid, you could always try a factory data reset but that would wipe out everything - all App Store new apps and all data.and you'd have to start again from scratch by installing and updating apps. It would be like a new device out of the box.
This is really a drastic step so if you can't get rid of witigo by asking whoever it is who installed it to lighten up on you, you might just have to live with it until you get older. If you ask nice and explain how you can't even access GMail perhaps they could configure witigo so it's not so restrictive.
