That problem is cause of weak signal on digital cable or aerial antenna...


if you are using digital cable please contact your service provider for assistance..

if you are using analog aerial antenna please locate the strongest signal..

On the remote press. Open, Set-up, 9 (for Multiregion) or (1 to 8 for each region), then 5010, step, shuffle, next
Code 2
OPEN, SETUP, x, 2, 0, 1, 0, STEP, SHUFFLE, NEXT. Where x is: 1 for Region 1, 2 for Region 2 … 9 for multi-region

This may be of no help to anyone but I have the same problem and I have spoken to Curtis Support today, they say there is no fix, its a fault in the machine and must be returned to the vendor as they have no service network in the UK. I bought mine with a 90 day guarantee off Ebay and it went faulty after 100 days but probably only used for 3 days so I'm stuffed!!!
