For e207 model, error code should be in C44, F14, and etc...
Assume your error is C43, check the fuser thermistor, clear the error using 08-400 = Any value => "0"

perform the following:
1. Turn ON the power while [0] and [8] are pressed
simultaneously.
2. Key in "2002", then press [START].
3. Change the current status counter value "3" or "4" to "0",
then press [OK] (to cancel [C413 / C414]).
4. Turn the power OFF and then back ON. Make sure that the
equipment enters the normal ready state.
In the interim you may try the following one time to see if it is a false error... Hold "0" and "8" while turning on machine.....continue holding until machine enters service mode. Enter "400" press enter. Enter "0" press enter. Power off / on. If code returns, machine needs parts replaced. Contact your Toshiba technician (there should be an 800 number label on the unit for service. Do Not keep resetting, may cause damage to Fuser Unit.

Step 4:- Now press 2002 and then start button
Step 5:- See the current error value and change to 0.

Step 8:- if still you get c413 errror,you may have to remove the fuser unit and physically check for heater lamp broken, or thermistor abnormality, and corresponding connectors.
