I lost the serial number from the back of the kurio. How do i reset profile again?

A factory rest requires no previous user information.

Your tablet could not have been set up with HER information. It is probably asking for yours as the parent, as that is what i used to install apps bought for the tablet. from Kurio. Try the forgot password option using your email address. If that doesn't work contact Kurio support https://www.kurioworld.com/k/us/parents/support/contact?product=kurioWatch#device. They should be able to use the device serial number to locate your account information.

can you access your tablet if so go into settings go down to about select that and your serial number should be there

this is all i could find out of how to do it..Depending on the version of android it is in the settings menu > about device..if that does not work go to this link might help... lost my serial number for my kurio tablet Google Search

Factory reset : Press and hold VOL+ and Power button simultaneiously.

You can perform a factory reset by holding the volume + button and power button at the same time. Release the power button after 5 seconds but keep holding the volume + button until a screen appears with options. Use the volume + button to scroll down to factory reset and then press the power button to select it. Next you will have to scroll down using the Volume + button again to highlight yes and press the power button to select. Once the reset is finished, you have to set up the tablet again, but at least it works. Hope this helps.

power down. then press vol +/- homekey and last power button.
when kurio reboot let go home button and volume down, just hold vol+ and power that should get you in recovery mode, navigate with vol+ and - enter with power button.
factory reset enter.
erase cache enter
reboot device

thats it. i have spend weeks with kurio7 i have rooted it flash it,bricked it and more good luck
