I have a Vizio E320I-A0 and it has multiple vertical and horizontal lines on the screen, how do i fix that?

Buy a new TV...chances are its a bad panel if you replaced all the boards

Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement.

Flickering can be either with the fault to its back-light inverter or with its main power supply regulator board.

The picture settings may have been set very low. You can reset to the factory default settings using the steps below. You may also try selecting different inputs to see if the brightness is the same on all of them.

1. From the Picture Settings menu, use the
Arrow buttons to highlight 'More' , then press OK.

2 . Use the Arrow buttons on the remote to highlight 'Reset Picture Mode', then press OK. The TV displays, "Are you sure
you want to RESET Picture Settings to the factory defaults?"

3 . Highlight Yes and press OK.

4 .Press the EXIT button on the remote.

Look on the top left screen and see if you can click on it and see if it shows that you can click new feed?

It can be noted at the back cover of the TV; or at its chassis inside.
