Use a mirror and make sure that the area is perfectly clean and there are no obstructions. Then make sure that the needle is all the way up to the top of its cycle and then insert the bobbin.

Using sew what pro on brother se600. my fonts are not embroidering neatly. The satin letters are fat lines with the threads far apart.

Have you cleaned and oiled you machine? I've found that if I clean everything; bobbin, bobbin chase and around the bobbin pin, and then oil the oil point (especially the bobbin point) then I have fewer problems.

Hi, My sewing mechine is brother lx-3125 and my problem is getting loose stitch on both sides of fabric when i set stitch is 10 and tension 4-6..and also i am getting loose stitch on other no also like 9...

Most likely your machine is not threaded right, read your manual closely and double check yourself. Rethread your machine, no mixed thread use same weight, color does not matter but weight does. With your presser foot down, your top thread should be had to pull, with it up it should pull freely. Make sure your bobbin is wound evenly, and on a fresh bobbin. Then put in a new needle. Now, if the machine is still acting up, it may be your timing. You can call Brother at 1-877-276-8437 customer support. if you need a manual, go to www.brother-usa.com. Driver?

Refer to the manual for threading and bobbin winding.

Make sure the bobbin is properly installed.

Graphics are always good to have, but sometimes important steps can be missed. Be sure to read the instructions.

Open the manual and lay it next to the machine and follow every step of every feature. No matter how experienced, it is important to learn the ins and outs of every machine you intend to use.

If the problem continues, return the machine.

My brother CE 4000 sewing machine freezes. After some tinkering I can sew a little then in happens again. It makes a shuddering noise then freezes and shows an E6 error message?

Turn off the power and remove the needle and presser foot.

Remove the needle plate, bobbin and bobbin case.

Clean the shuttle and surrounding area.

Replace everything.

Make sure the flat side of the needle faces to the back of the machine.

Raise the presser foot and re-thread the machine.

The safety device has been activated

Turn off the power supply and open the needle plate.

Remove the bobbin and bobbin case.

Clean the shuttle and surrounding area from any lint or thread that may have accumulated during use.

If the problem continues, the machine will need to be serviced by a Brother dealer.
