You need to replace the cracked screen with a new one. But it would be cheaper to buy a new tablet.

If it has warranty, you can return it though maybe they might object that crack is due tu incorrect manuipulaton of you tablet. Try it.
In any case, the shop where you bought it should provide authorized repair service and they should have the spare screen.

If you have a warranty return it to the shop where you bought it and claim your warranty and hope warranty covers cracked screen

Black screen can mean the tablet is dead. it can also mean the display is burned. But more often than not, it is due to corrupted OS which can be resolved by reflashing its ROM.

return to the place you purchased it, unless you had a over 30 days then you need to send to the company who manufactured it

Maybe you need a replacement screen assembly for your tablet. What brand is your phone?

Dba Archos dealer should be able to replace screen. Or try Office Depot or Office Max.
