Do you mean the Walgreens WGNBPW-710 Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor by HoMedics? If so, the manual is available from HoMedics' support page:
http://www.homedics.com/instructionbooks/ . In the product list box, scroll down to the correct model. The direct link to the manual is currently
http://www.homedics.com//media/documents/homedics/instructionbooks/WGNBPW-710_IB.pdf .
If this is the correct unit, to set the date and time, press the Date/Time Set button with the clock symbol on the top of the monitor. When the hour is flashing press the adjacent + button to advance the hour to the correct one, if needed. Press the Date/Time Set button to confirm the hour and prepare to set the current minutes and press the + button to advance the minutes to the correct time, again if needed. Again press the Date/Time Set button to confirm this time and the month will start to flash. Press the + button to change this to the current month. Press the Data/Time Set button and this will be confirmed. The day will begin to flash and you can adjust this with the + button. Press the Date/Time Set button to confirm the day of the month and the year will flash. You can adjust this with the + button then press the Date/Time button to confirm the current year.
To scroll through the memory, press the Memory button. Each button press will display the preceding reading from the current one. To clear a memory item, press Memory repeatedly until you reach the reading to erase. Then press both the Date/Time Set and + buttons simultaneously; hold the buttons until you see CLA in the LCD screen.
I hope this helps.
