A common problem with this type of oven with a drop down door.
It sounds to me that the oven door hinges need to be replaced, especially if it is a drop down door
They need replacing as a pair.
There is no povision made for adjustment on hinges.

If it is a drop down door, then you need to replace both door hinges, if it is a door that opens sideways, then it is probably the door catch, or door striker that needs to be replaced.

you would need to drop the front panel , the 2 lowest screws in inside of door drop the main colored panel. the remaining screws release the the control and give you acess to the door switches, with the panel off you should be able to close door and watch the latch in action. are the switches being activated??? if not the door latch comes as an assy cant replace just the switch
