it might be the graphics card needs a upgrade
could be a incompatibility with the program
or maybe the motherboard or harddrive

since the machine is freezing up it needs to be checked to see if it's
a computer problem or mechanical

if the machine has any computer parts they could be mal-functioning
the machine needs to be serviced

If you're trying to see the embroidery designs on the stick, the embroidery unit has to be on the machine to view the designs in the larger size, so be sure to have it hooked up. There are 3 main fixes for a freezing SE.
1> Have the latest 12501 update installed, the 12124 had a problem.
2> make sure you have the right hook (the 2 older hooks have this problem.
3> The newer tension assembly with the grounding strap needs to be in the SE as well.
4> there were only suppose to be 3 but if your screen gets weird when it freezes, it could be the video transformer

Are you talking about a communications program on your computer that talks to your Arista? Your question is unclear so I'm not sure what problem you're describing here. However, if you're saying you have a problem with a program you installed on your computer to communicate with Arista... then Un-install the program from your computer. Use the "Uninstall" option, OR go to "Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs" and uninstall the Arista program from there. Then REBOOT your computer and re-install the Arista program. Removing and reinstalling programs like this almost always makes them work properly again.
