If it was an open "internal fuse" the error code wouldn't show!!!... bad advice...

I looked in my Hisense service manuals and 3 blinks error code is LED rail shutdown from over voltage or over current, most likely you have some bad lamps in the panel, you can open the panel up and take a 3 volt power source, like 2 AA batteries and test them one at a time, replace the ones that are bad or its easier to replace the entire strip..Good luck

If it was me i would check the voltages to the back-lights first and if the voltages are ok i would look at testing the led strips them selfs but if you have never done this before i would recommend taking it to an engineer but if the voltages are not ok change the power board.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it.
