That would be the lcd connector in side of the ipad. You will have to take apart and might have to get a new screen.

Looks like we have no choice but send em in for repair. Mine shows half black, that black part spins when turning the tablet, so it is a color rendering issue on half the tablets resolution.

When you turn it on, what should appear is a little lock that you slide down to unlock the screen. If you are getting a blank screen there is probably something technical wrong with your zeepad. I would contact the company,particularly if you are still under warranty. I have had mine almost a year and have had no problems with it. When not in use, I keep it plugged in to keep it charged up. Have you charged it the full 8 hours before using?: Other than that, I am at a loss as to your problem. Wish I could be more help.

If you can return it to the retailer, that would be my first option. Sounds like a bad backlight.

i would reinstall windows

you could have a viruse that is stoping you from loggin in to your main screen ...reinstalling windows might wipe out what ever happen to the computer
