I've gone on cod 4 online and it just comes up saying downloading game settings when i click on find a game and stays on that screen. why isn't it loading?

I think we should file a class action suit and sue the maker of the game, selling something that does not work, contact your state attorney generals office and file a complaint

Go Online Screen Then Go Back To The Screen With All The Multiplayer Options, Leave It Like That For About 15 Minutes, Then Check It If It Hasn't Loaded Repeat All Of These Steps And It Will Work.(You Must After Going On The Downloading Game Settings Menu Go Back, Then Go Onto The Menu With The Create-A-Class Option And The Baracks, BUT DON'T CLICK FIND GAME GO BACK TO MULTIPLAYER OPTIONS MENU AND LEAVE FOR RECOMMENDED TIME. please rate :)
reset the PS3 and when you get to the "Find Game" screen or whatever wait for about 30 seconds before selecting "Find Game." sounds stupid but i had the same problem and it worked for me. if all else fails, reset your modem and try the above step.
Hmmm. The blue screen isnt a good think. Even though people say what kind of model a dell computer is, doesnt describe the processor, memmory modules...how much...speed etc.
You need to uninstall your graphics drivers.
Download ccleaner and drivercleaner. Do a scan with both. Do a full driver clean with driver cleaner because it clears the junk out of your registry. Make sure you do a reg backup with both programs.
Now you can restart your computer and install the latest drivers.
the x600 card is a little on the outdated side and can probly run the game on low to medium. Start with 800x600 resolution and turn aniostropic and antiliasing off. Turn everything off that you think is necessary, start the game, and see how it runs. Download fraps so you can see your fps. If you get about 60 than you can turn a setting up. If you get 30 or lower, turn your settings down.
