cordless mouse-keyboards always give headache, change your mouse and take usb or ps2 wire-mouse, it cheap than wireless...
---- we has 4 pc with wireless key+mice in office and we kick all of wireless mouse-keyboards instead usb or ps2 mice-keyboards
Usually when watching something on your computer in full screen the cursor will disappear. If it comes back when you move the mouse then you have nothing to worry about.
Try resyncing the mouse, especially if you just replaced the batteries. Press the sync button on the receiver and then the one on the bottom of the mouse.
if your mouse is working. it would be the keyboard it self.. cause dell has bout wireless mouse and keyboard.. do you have warrenty on your system.. dell can replace the keyboard for free..
Change batteries of mouse. if it does not help then uninstall driver for mouse and reinstall it. and the also if it does not appear to work then its time for getting new one. good luck
